We turned a metal frame into a four-room boutique hotel for cats. So far, we've had only great reviews!

To keep the rainwater out of their food containers, we built a feeding pergola. They seem to enjoy it!

We took on the challenge of turning a rusty stair frame into an 8-room cat residence.

Who are we?

Hey, I am Selen Yesilada. I am a caring person who finds meaning in helping others. I love animals. I practice what I preach.

Currently, I reside in Cyprus, an island that steals my heart with its beauty and breaks my heart with its countless stray cats in need. To be the change I wish to see in this world, with the help of my partner, I’ve started this non-profit project, NoMad Paws Cyprus, to which I dedicate all the earnings generated by my movement programs.

Right now, our focus is to improve the lives of nomad paws around us, but we don’t want to stop here. Our vision is to establish a non-profit organization that runs and produces for the care of stray animals in Cyprus. This organization will not only provide a safe haven but will also create goods that give back, making every purchase an act of kindness.

Who are we?

I am Selen Yesilada—a life coach, yoga teacher, and an animal lover. I currently reside in Cyprus, an island steals my heart with its beauty and breaks my heart with its countless stray animals in need. Since I started making money, I've been donating 10% of my income each month towards the care of stray animals. - If you ever purchased one of my movement programs, you've already helped stray animals of Cyprus, and the wagging tails and soft purrs had already thanked you 🖤 - Currently, together with my partner, we take care of stray cats in our neighbourhood, providing food and essential medical attention.

Meet the instructor and creator of the movement programs...

Hey again! I am Selen.

I started my movement journey by practicing yoga asana at home, following instructors online. I fell in love with the practice of handstands and became a self-taught handstand practitioner/enthusiast. Then, I decided to take a step further and became a certificated yoga teacher.

I shared my journey on Instagram, started a YouTube channel to teach online, and traveled around Europe organising workshops to share a practice space with beautiful people.

Further on my journey, I committed to expanding my knowledge beyond yoga asana and started educating myself on other movement disciplines, including strength and mobility training.

If the practice of yoga asana, like arm balances, inversion or handstands, excites you, I recommend you THE PRACTICE OF YOGA ASANA.

If you're looking for an exercise routine that provides you with extensive care, including yoga, strength training, mobility training, and stretching, BOOST is perfect for you.
